About the introductory course


Using our Mind Power relaxation and focus techniques is an authentic approach to creating powerful change at the ‘grass roots’ - change that will genuinely help you for the longer term, without the struggle.





6 ways Mind Power helps to create positive change:

and more able to face the idea of making changes you need.

 about what the real problem is - and what options you have to create change.

to the idea of letting go of those things that might be holding you back.

What happens in the introductory course?


There's no sitting on the floor in lotus position staring at a candle. Every one sits on chairs and the first half of the session is a discussion based on one topic per week.


Examples of topics raised:

  • Anxiety: Future thinking

  • Frustration: Past thinking

  • Reality
: What is it exactly?
  • Productivity & focus



In the second half of each session...

Lorraine begins by showing you how to use your fives senses to raise awareness about you and your body. You will be noticing sensations, not thoughts or feelings. This is called 'a reality check'.


Lorraine then draws your focus to specific problems areas in your body and takes you through a process of actively tending to those areas by using the power of your focus.
